The space measures over 150 square meters and is located just a few blocks from the beach and Valencia’s emerging tech and creative districts. While the property was in decent structural condition, it didn’t fully meet the Spanish and Valencian regulations necessary to operate as a shared work environment. That said, we saw immediate potential in both its layout and location.

We’re now in the renovation phase, working with local contractors to upgrade installations and bring the unit up to code, while preserving its character and optimizing it for flexible workspace use.

Once completed, the unit will be operated by Young Workspaces, further expanding the YREI footprint into commercial and lifestyle-driven real estate.
