YOUNG Real Estate Investments, in partnership with About Real Estate for construction management, is overseeing the expansion of an apartment complex on behalf of the HOA, increasing the number of studios from 39 to 49.

The project will extend the building’s characteristic Art Deco style from the Fahrenheitstraat towards the Laan van Meerdervoort, creating a cohesive facade and optimizing space. Additionally, an extra floor will be added across the top.

The complex is used for student housing, addressing the demand for affordable student accommodations in The Hague. The additional units will remain in our portfolio.
